Zinite Corporation logo
Zinite Corporation

Edmonton, AB

Zinite is pioneering the “Post-EUV Engine,” a new class of semiconductor technology designed to overcome the scaling and power limits facing next-generation AI systems and microchips. As accelerators push beyond 1,000W, conventional silicon is reaching fundamental thermal and leakage constraints. At the core of Zinite’s approach is a high-performance thin-film transistor technology with CMOS-level drive current, built from a proprietary materials stack compatible with existing silicon manufacturing. With processing stability under 400°C, this enables true 3D integration, bringing active power conversion and logic into vertically integrated architectures that significantly reduce leakage and improve performance density.
